Congratulations on your decision to build (purchase) your new home in Grande Harbour! We have streamlined the construction process to make it enjoyable and keep you informed through every step. Whether you choose a home that is to be built, one that is under construction, or one of our move-in ready homes, we believe knowing what to expect from your builder and the process helps alleviate the stress of new construction.

You've chosen the community and most likely your floor plan and now you are ready to finalize everything. Here are your first steps.
Schedule a contract appointment
In this appointment you will sit down and create your purchase agreement, choose your floor plan and exterior colors, make your lot selection (if applicable), review the builder warranty and place your deposit on your new home. Your contract will include the following additional documents:
1. The floor plan and lot selected
2. Interior/Exterior Selection Sheet(s)
3. Builder Limited Warranty
4. Agency Disclosure
5. Escrow Acknowledgment
6. Sellers Property Disclosure HOA addendum
Schedule a design appointment
In this appointment you will meet at the sales model and choose your interior selections as well as any upgrades you would like to put in your new home. This needs to be done no later than 2 weeks after the foundation is poured.

Congratulations! You have made your selections and now you are ready to go! Here is what you can expect to see as your home is built. Once we receive the building permit it typically takes +/- 150 days to complete your new home.

Now that your new home is completed or near completion you will want to be sure that you are ready to close. These steps will help you check off the items to be done before you move into your new home.
